How to Eliminate Nail Fungus Infections Using Nutmeg


Nail fungal infections are the most common condition to affect the nails of both toes and fingers. This makes up roughly 50 percent of all nail abnormalities. This is caused by fungi which are naturally present in the body. It becomes a problem when it spreads. This condition is also known as onychomycosis and tinea unguium. About 10 percent of the adult population experiences nail fungus infection.


Nails that have been infected with fungus show the following changes in appearance: brittle, crumbly, ragged on the edges, cloudy or chalky, distorted or misshapen, lifted off the nailbed, and dull. The nail may also cause pain and a foul smell.
